ℹ️ What is the CIN code?

The CIN (Codice Identificativo Nazionale) is a mandatory Italian national identification code for all short-term rental properties. You can obtain it from the Ministry of Tourism portal at cin.turismo.gov.it. Without it, you cannot legally rent your property in Italy.

Reserved OVBÌ code and anti-fraud verification

After creation, “My Properties” will show a normal OVBÌ code visible only to the owner or manager. Once the property is verified it becomes a higher-value verified code with the “-V” suffix. Both must stay secret and be shared with OVBÌ only when requested, for example before publication in the Facebook group.
